I started Aurvex because too much software sounds impressive until real work hits it. I want to build products people actually rely on when the day gets busy.

How I Think About Building

If the work is full of loose ends, missed follow-up, and too many handoffs, the product should begin there instead of hiding behind abstract strategy.

What I Care About

Usefulness

A product should make someone's day less messy.

Focus

One serious product matters more than five vague ones.

Taste

Calm software, plain language, and fewer unnecessary moving parts.

A Letter

We are living through an era where companies can sound polished long before they have built anything worth using. I have no interest in that model.

Aurvex is being built more slowly and more honestly. P-OS is the best example of that. Property work is full of handoffs, delays, payments, receipts, maintenance requests, and conversations that get lost between tools. The job is to make that work easier to run.

I want Aurvex to grow, but I want it to grow from useful software, careful product judgment, and a reputation for saying things plainly.
